Priyanka Rajiv, the label, is not new to Chennai. Her clothes have been occupying the racks of Collage(a fashion store run by Lata Madhu) for the past two years. But it's the first time that the designer herself arrives in the city, that too with a range that attempts to pay a tribute of sorts to the age-old art of embroidery, Chikankari. "In a sense, this promotion, aptly titled Ode to Chikankari marks the grand finale of what has been a successful year," exclaims Lata.
